Training Process

In addition to supporting companies' patent applications, the competition aims to increase patent awareness through training sessions on the following topics. Patent training sessions are only for companies that pass the preliminary evaluation.

  • Training Patent Literacy

Competition Conditions

  • Applications will be evaluated in two categories: Technopark and Incubation.
  • At the end of the evaluation, three companies will be selected from each category to receive the competition award.
  • As a reward, Entertech Istanbul Technopark A.Ş. will cover the national patent application costs (specification writing and official authority patent application fee) for the winning companies. Other costs during the patent process will be covered by the applying company.
  • The award applies to patent applications in which the company is the applicant. Applications with different ownership will not be supported. Joint applications involving the applying company (university, industry, public, etc.) are within the scope of evaluation.
  • Entertech Istanbul Technopark A.Ş. will not make any claims on the supported patent application within the scope of this competition and will not be listed as the applicant.
  • Existing patent applications of companies are not covered under this support.
  • Applications will be evaluated by the Evaluation Board based on patentability criteria (novelty, inventive step, and industrial applicability) and commercialization potential.
  • The applications received within the scope of the competition will be kept in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). Additionally, technical information within the application will be protected under the principle of confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties, except for competition partners and evaluation board members. For statistical purposes, it may be shared with public institutions and organizations such as TÜBİTAK, the Ministry of Industry and Technology, etc., upon request.
